Pours a clear ruby red. Aroma of syrup, caramel, candied sugar. Flavour of seaside rock, caramel, candied sugar, dark fruit and booze. Smooth palate with a pleasantly bitter finish. Real nice. (rateBeer, Vancouver, BC, 2011)
