Epiphany Pale
A medium-bodied pale with moderate bitterness, slight caramel malt flavor, and citrusy hop aroma. This is a good beer to start with when building up the courage for the stronger beers.

Reviews:

Pours a clear ruddy copper with a single finger foamy off-white head. Aroma of mildly roasted caramel. Maybe grapefruit aroma. Medium body. Foamy carbonation. Very fresh hop. Still going grapefruit rind on this. Malt is there but a bit supressed. Finish is bitter. Dang good ale. (rateBeer, Woodland, CA 2010)
